Manage and develop the assigned Gurgaon territory for bakery products.
Visit bakery shops, cafes, restaurants, cloud kitchens, hotels, and confectionery units for product promotion and sales.
Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients in the bakery & confectionery segment.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Take daily orders, ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate with the distribution team.
Promote Bakersville products (colors, premixes, decor items, tools, chocolate products, etc.) to clients.
Conduct product demos and explain technical usage whenever required.
Ensure proper stock availability at distributor points.
Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor sales performance.
Handle territory planning, route management, and regular market visits.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and sampling campaigns.
Maintain daily sales reports and submit weekly/monthly MIS to management.
Track competitor activity and market trends to support strategic decisions.
Required Skills
1-3 years of experience in FMCG / Food Ingredients / Bakery & Confectionery sales (preferred)
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Good knowledge of local Gurgaon market (mandatory)
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Reports)
Target-driven, self-motivated, and strong in negotiation
