- Sales Officer (SO)Location: Kanpur, Kanpur Dehat & Nearby Kanpur Areas (Very Close Locations Preferred)Position Summary:We are hiring a Sales Officer (SO) for field sales operations. The candidate will manage retail market visits, order generation, distribution handling, and product visibility. FMCG/Detergent background will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:Daily retail market visits & order generationNew outlet development and distributor coordinationProduct availability, display & visibility checkAchievement of monthly sales targetsCompetitor tracking & market feedbackDaily reporting to ASM/ManagementCandidate Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / GraduateExperience: FMCG/Detergent Sales preferred(Freshers with strong field interest can also be considered)Strong communication and negotiation skillsOwn two-wheeler preferredMust be comfortable with daily field travelSalary & Benefits*:Basic Salary: ?20,000 - ?25,000 per monthTA/DA: ?400 per daySalary may vary as per interview performanceLast salary hike can also be considered (depends on profile)Attractive incentives & growth opportunity
