Role Overview:
We are hiring Field Sales Officers to drive sales, manage distributor/retailer relationships, and ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets for biscuits & namkeen.
Expand market presence & onboard new retailers/distributors.
Execute promotions and merchandising activities.
Monitor competitor activities & submit sales reports.
Manage order booking & ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
FMCG sales experience (biscuits/namkeen/snacks) preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation & customer service skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
