Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth
: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Market Development
: Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base in the assigned region.
Customer Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Product Knowledge
: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product range, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate this to customers.
Promotional Activities
: Execute in-store promotions and merchandising activities to drive product visibility and sales.
Market Intelligence
: Monitor competitor activities, trends, and customer feedback to suggest improvements in sales strategies.
Sales Reporting
: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Order Management
: Ensure proper order placement and timely delivery of products.
Customer Support
: Provide post-sales support and resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional manner.
Qualifications
:
Education
: Minimum of a
Bachelor's degree
in any discipline. A degree in Sales, Marketing, or Agriculture-related field is a plus.
Experience
: Prior experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG or Agri-business sector, is an advantage.
