Key Responsibilities:
Visit residential and commercial areas to promote broadband plans and acquire new customers.
Identify sales opportunities in assigned territories through field prospecting and local networking.
Explain product details, pricing, and installation process to potential customers.
oPerform on-the-spot sales by completing customer onboarding documentation and coordinating installation.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the manager.
oSubmit daily activity reports and maintain lead follow-up records.
Collaborate with internal teams (installation, support, CRM) to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Participate in field events, promotional drives, and area-wise campaigns.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated personality
Good communication in Hindi and local/regional language (basic English preferred)
Ability to work independently and handle field conditions
Knowledge of broadband/ISP industry is an advantage
