to join our growing BFSI team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting financial products, and achieving sales targets through field-based activities. The ideal candidate must be energetic, persuasive, and willing to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers in the field for banking, financial, or insurance products.
Promote and sell products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans (personal/home/business), credit cards, insurance policies, and investment services.
Conduct field visits, cold calls, and customer meetings to generate leads and close sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business opportunities.
Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers.
Collect necessary documentation and assist customers through the onboarding process.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, issues, and competitive activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
