Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

- Hire insurance advisors (part-time or full-time).

Training

- Guide and train advisors on products, sales skills, and compliance.

Sales through advisors

- Help advisors sell life insurance policies to their network.

Business Development

- Achieve sales targets through team/advisors.

Customer Service

- Ensure proper servicing of existing policyholders.

Team Management

- Motivate advisors for performance and retention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,106.05 - ₹33,475.05 per month
