Expand dealer/distributor network in assigned territory.
Ensure product placement, visibility, and availability in retail outlets.
Generate new business opportunities with wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers.
2. Market Expansion & Customer Acquisition
Identify potential markets for millet-based products.
Conduct field visits to farmers, retailers, distributors, and bulk buyers.
Develop strong relationships with channel partners and key accounts.
Educate customers and distributors on the benefits of millet products.
3. Distribution & Supply Chain Coordination
Ensure timely supply of products to distributors and retailers.
Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team for order fulfillment.
Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum availability at outlets.
4. Marketing & Promotions
Execute trade promotions, product demos, sampling, and awareness campaigns.
Collect feedback from customers and report market trends.
Ensure brand visibility through POS (Point of Sale) materials, banners, and displays.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Maintain daily sales reports (DSR) and update CRM/ERP as per company standards.
Provide competitor activity reports, pricing analysis, and market intelligence.
Share periodic performance reports with management.
6. Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Act as a brand ambassador for millet-based products in the market.
