Position Title: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive - Radiology Solutions

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Coimbatore

Reports To: Sales Head

1. Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling radiology-related printing solutions for MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound. The role involves managing existing accounts, acquiring new customers, building strong relationships with hospital decision-makers, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory.

2. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, diagnostic centres, medical colleges, and healthcare institutions. Promote the company's radiology solutions (e.g., imaging solution). Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clinicians and purchase teams. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals.
Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with radiologists, biomedical engineers, purchase departments, and hospital management. Follow up on leads, inquiries, to ensure timely closure. Provide after-sales support coordination with service and application teams.
Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches. Provide regular market feedback to management.
Reporting & Coordination

Update CRM and maintain sales activity reports. Coordinate with marketing, service, logistics, and finance departments for order fulfilment. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Required Skills & Competencies

Preferred Strong knowledge of radiology equipment or healthcare / medical device sales. Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Marathi), presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand clinical workflows and technical product specifications. Strong customer relationship management. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
5. Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Valid driving license required. Comfort with hospital/diagnostic centre environments.
