Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to acquire new customers for insurance products (Life, Health, General Insurance).
Generate leads through cold calling, field activity, and referrals.
Explain policy features, benefits, and premium terms clearly to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain proper documentation and update CRM regularly.
Attend team meetings, training, and sales review sessions.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in insurance or financial products.
