Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Execute trade promotions, merchandising, and visibility activities as per the company guidelines.
Monitor secondary sales and ensure timely stock replenishment at outlets.
Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
Train and guide field sales representatives (if any) to achieve their objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1-3
years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
(Food/Beverage/Personal Care/Home Care segments preferred).
Strong knowledge of the Vadodara market and surrounding areas.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the territory.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage).
