Role Overview

As a

Field Sales Officer

, you will be the face of our brand on the ground. Your main objective will be to

generate orders

,

manage local retailers

, and

ensure product visibility

in your assigned area. You'll work closely with distributors and support the Area Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

Regularly visit retail outlets to

generate orders

and ensure stock availability Support

secondary sales

activities and assist in

route planning

Build strong relationships with

retailers and shopkeepers

Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely

product delivery

and

payment collection

Monitor

competitor activity

and share on-ground market feedback Ensure effective

branding, merchandising, and display

in stores Report daily sales activities and outlet visits using digital tools or Excel

Requirements

1-3 years of field sales experience

in FMCG (beverages/snacks/hygiene preferred) Good knowledge of

local markets

and retailer network Strong communication skills and

sales-driven attitude

Willingness to work on-field full-time and travel daily within the area Ability to meet targets under minimal supervision Basic familiarity with

Excel or mobile-based sales reporting
