Job Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and business partners.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Implement sales strategies to expand market presence and brand visibility.
Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and gather market insights.
Ensure product placement, visibility, and availability at all retail counters.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred).
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or FMCG industry.
Strong network with distributors, retailers, and beauty product dealers in the region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within Jaipur and surrounding areas.
