True Luxmi is a fast-growing financial services company dedicated to providing customers with easy access to banking, loan, and account-opening solutions. We are expanding our team and seeking passionate and results-driven Sales Officers to join us in driving growth and serving our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and pitch company products (Bank Accounts, Loans, and Financial Services).
Achieve monthly sales and account-opening targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and local networking.
Maintain daily sales reports and update progress with managers.
Provide excellent after-sales service and customer support.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred).
Experience: 0-3 years in Sales / Field Marketing / Banking / Finance. (Freshers can apply.)
Good communication & convincing skills.
Willingness to work in the field and achieve targets.
Own vehicle (preferred but not mandatory).
