Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and proactive

Field Sales / Mobilizer Executive

to support our Foundation's education initiatives in

Raigad, Maharashtra

. The candidate will be responsible for mobilizing students, engaging with schools, colleges, and communities, raising awareness about our programs, and ensuring maximum participation in foundation-led educational projects.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, and communities in Raigad district to promote foundation programs. Mobilize students/parents for enrolment in educational and skill development initiatives. Build strong relationships with principals, teachers, NGOs, and community leaders. Organize awareness campaigns, community meetings, and workshops to enhance visibility. Ensure timely enrolments, fee collection (if applicable), and program participation. Support the team in organizing education fairs, career guidance sessions, and awareness camps. Maintain detailed records of outreach, student data, and feedback. Share daily/weekly reports with the project leadership.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and communities. Passion for working in the

education and social development sector

. Ability to travel extensively within Raigad district. Target-driven with good convincing skills.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Education / Social Work background preferred).

Experience:

1 -3 years in mobilization, community outreach, or field sales (Education/Foundation/NGO sector preferred).
