Field Sales Officer

Job Summary:


We are looking for a Field Sales Officer who will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the organisation by acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role requires a high level of energy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong drive to achieve targets. The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for actively prospecting and selling products or services in assigned territories or markets.

Palakollu, Andhra Pradesh

Roles and Responsibilities:



Sales and Business Development:

Maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts. Actively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
Territory Management:

Travel throughout the territory and conduct Marketing activities to generate leads. Regularly visit and engage with customers in the assigned territory.
Customer Relationship Management:

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Loan processing and Portfolio management:

Maintaining portfolio quality by managing collections and follow up on overdue accounts. Collect the required KYC documents from customers and completion of loan application entry in APP. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline. Provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding sales strategies and performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:



Applicants who have completed matriculation or intermediate are eligible to apply. Proven experience in field sales, freshers can apply as well. Able to communicate exclusively in the local language. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
