Use the Need-Based Selling Model when cross-selling insurance, and abide by it. Desired Candidate Profile : - Qualification: Graduate / MBA - Age: Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years - Two-Wheeler Required - 3 To 7 years of field sales experience - Staying in the same city for more than 5 years - Good stability.
