Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
Appoint, manage, and support distributors and retailers.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in the market.
Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
Submit daily reports, market feedback, and sales data to the reporting manager.
