The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products within a designated territory. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, generating business from hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, or labs, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company products to doctors, hospitals, diagnostic labs, pharmacies, or distributors.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Conduct regular field visits to generate new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
Execute product detailing, demonstrations, and promotional activities in the assigned territory.
Identify potential clients, schedule meetings, and follow up to close deals.
Coordinate with the logistics and support team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads, sales reports, and customer feedback in CRM.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to the management.
Participate in trade exhibitions, CME programs, and promotional events when required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic product and market knowledge in the healthcare industry
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software
