Lumenza is a fast-growing premium home & lifestyle brand focused on delivering elegant, comfortable, and high-quality living solutions. As we expand our B2B presence, we are looking for enthusiastic field sales professionals to strengthen our market reach.
Role & Responsibilities
Acquire and develop new B2B accounts including retailers, distributors, architects, interior designers, and institutional buyers.
Conduct regular market visits, present products, and demonstrate offerings to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with partners and customers.
Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales goals.
Ensure timely follow-ups, order coordination, and post-sales customer support.
Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
Candidate Profile
1 to 3 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales (experience in home decor, appliances, lifestyle products, or FMCG will be an advantage).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
Energetic, result-driven, and willing to travel extensively for field work.
