Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Plan and execute field sales activities to expand market presence.
Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and customer engagement.
Identify and convert new business opportunities.
Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and team handling.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in insurance or BFSI sales is preferred.
