We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and manage customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales through direct client interactions and field visits.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new market opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (BFSI or related preferred).
Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
