The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales and expanding the company's customer base by identifying and meeting potential clients in assigned territories. The role involves visiting retailers, distributors, and customers to promote products, negotiate deals, and achieve monthly sales targets. The executive will build and maintain strong client relationships, gather market intelligence, and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to support business growth. Candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a results-driven attitude, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Experience in field sales--preferably in FMCG, jewellery, or consumer goods--is an added advantage.
