We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer for our FMCG business in Sitamarhi. The candidate will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers. The role requires regular fieldwork, market visits, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and retailers to increase sales.
Conduct regular market visits to generate orders and expand distribution.
Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and promotional activities in the market.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback and report to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in FMCG field sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle field sales pressure.
Knowledge of local FMCG market and distribution channels in Sitamarhi.
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
