The Field Sales Staff will promote Forra Foods products through direct visits, calls, and local marketing, build strong customer relationships, generate repeat sales, and support brand visibility in the Mankada/Edathanattukara region.
Key Responsibilities
? Promote Forra Foods products (Ragi powder, Coconut Oil, Puttupodi, etc.) to customers via field visits, calls, and WhatsApp.
? Generate sales leads, convert prospects into loyal customers, and drive repeat orders.
? Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust and service.
? Collect feedback and share insights to improve products and customer experience.
? Get testimonials from customers and encourage them to give Google reviews.
? Ensure Forra Foods contact numbers are saved in customers' mobiles for easy repeat ordering.
? Support marketing campaigns (posters, reels, local promotions).
? Coordinate order follow-ups and ensure smooth deliveries.
? Meet monthly sales and growth targets.

Compensation & Benefits
? Salary Range: ?1,20,000 - ?1,80,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
