The Field Executive role at Symphony Furniture involves visiting customer locations to take measurements, understand furnishing needs, and offer product suggestions like curtains, blinds, and upholstery. The executive acts as a bridge between the customer and the company coordinating with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and setup. They also handle basic documentation, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to travel to multiple sites daily.
Key Responsibilities
? Promote company schemes, offers, and services to potential customers. (Schemes include Symphony furniture retail, Symphony Instalment scheme and symphony kuri scheme.)
? Generate leads during field visits and ensure that a good percentage of them are hot leads.
? Record all collected leads in the provided Google Form to ensure proper upload to CRM.
? Follow up on leads through calls/visits to convert them into sales.
? Maintain regular communication with prospects and ensure timely closure of deals.
? Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets.
? Use personal vehicle (if required) for field visits.
