Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales officer to join our sales team in Krishnagiri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to potential and existing customers in the assigned territory Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through face-to-face meetings Present product/service offerings to clients and negotiate deals Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer database Coordinate with the sales team and management for strategy implementation Participate in local market events and promotional activities Collect market intelligence and competitor information

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in field sales or related sales roles Basic English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing) Local language proficiency (Tamil) preferred Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales Knowledge of the local Krishnagiri market Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software) Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
