We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
Field Sales Officer
to join our team in the Kottayam section. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) market and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Market Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory, expanding the company's market share and distribution network.
Sales & Distribution:
Manage and grow relationships with existing retailers, distributors, and wholesalers. Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in all retail outlets.
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Reporting:
Submit timely and accurate sales reports, market feedback, and competitor activities to the management.
Customer Relationship:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales within the
FMCG sector
is mandatory.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Mobility:
Must possess a valid
Indian driving license
and a
two-wheeler
for daily travel within the territory.

Higher Secondary & Above
