We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Field Sales Officer
to promote and sell Spectrum Solar products and solutions. The role involves meeting clients, generating leads, conducting site visits, and ensuring smooth conversion of sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Lead Generation
Identify new business opportunities in assigned regions.
Visit potential customers (households, commercial, industrial) to explain solar solutions.
Generate leads through field activities, campaigns, and reference networks.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Customer Engagement
Conduct site surveys to understand customer energy requirements.
Present solar products, pricing, and technical benefits clearly.
Build strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Follow up with customers through each stage until closing.
3. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the technical/installation team for proposals and site assessments.
Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the manager.
Maintain proper documentation of customer data, inquiries, and sales pipeline.
4. Market Awareness
Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Suggest ideas to improve sales strategies and local marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills RequiredEducation
Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (preferred: marketing or engineering background).
Experience
1-3 years in field sales (solar industry preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Technical/Soft Skills
Good communication & negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of solar systems (training will be provided).
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
