Spectrum Solar Power is looking for dynamic and results-driven
Field Sales Executives
to promote and sell solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy and capable of driving sales growth through field visits, customer engagement, and strategic lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers through field visits, local campaigns, and referrals.
Explain solar energy systems, benefits, government subsidies, and return on investment to customers.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility assessments.
Meet sales targets set by the company on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.
Educate customers about the company's solar products and services.
Participate in on-ground marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and awareness drives.
Provide post-sale support and coordinate with internal departments for installation and service.
Report daily activities and sales progress to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
Minimum +2/ITI/Diploma or Graduate in any field.
Prior experience in solar/field sales is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts.
Basic understanding of solar power systems preferred (training will be provided).
