Promote and sell Axis Bank's financial products (CASA, Loans, Insurance)
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the bank.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, and address queries effectively.
Collect and submit required documents for account opening and loan processing
Key Skills & Competencies
Good communication and presentation skills (local language).
Customer-centric approach with ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in the field.
Basic knowledge of banking/financial products (preferred but not mandatory).
Provide feedback from the market to the sales team/branch manager.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline .
Experience: 1 years in sales/field marketing/financial services (female freshers can apply).
Age: 21-32 years (as per Axis Bank norms).
Other Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
