Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking. Explain product benefits to individuals, businesses, and fleet operators. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale support. Collect market intelligence, competitor updates, and customer feedback. Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events. Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Candidate Profile



Age: 22-36 years. Education: Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field. Experience: 1-3 years in field sales (Automotive, BFSI, Telecom, or EV sector preferred). Strong communication: Kannada & Hindi required; English preferred. Must own a two-wheeler with valid license. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field travel. Grooming and presentation suitable for high-value product sales. CRM/software knowledge preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
