Connect with parents during house visits.
Collect data from 12 board exam centers for attracting fresh students.
Plan canopy activities strategically for better outreach.
Plan and execute marketing activities, generating sales leads.
Manage local BTL activities effectively.
Reach monthly sales targets by nurturing agent relationships and networks.
The Successful Applicant:
Comfortable with field sales; committed to daily market presence.
Proficient in consultative sale, adept at building trust without being forceful.
Capable of handling sales pressures.
Strong communication skills, particularly in regional languages.
Receptive to feedback, embracing learning from mistakes and setbacks.
Presentable appearance and previous fieldwork experience, preferably in education.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively represent the company to diverse audiences.
Holds 2 to 5 years of marketing experience.
