The Field Sales Officer (FSO) will be responsible for promoting Plyneer Industries' products, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. The role involves regular client visits, market research, and providing feedback to management to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell Plyneer Industries products (plywood, laminates, MDF, veneers, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports in Zoho CRM.
Provide market feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, and marketing) for smooth order fulfillment.
Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and events as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in field sales, preferably in the wood, furniture, or building materials industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM or willingness to learn.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Education:
Minimum
Bachelor's degree
in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field.
