Sales Officer

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with 1 to 2 years of sales experience, looking to make a significant impact in the EdTech sector. You will be responsible for driving sales growth within Bangalore through a blend of remote and on-the-ground field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by managing the entire sales lifecycle--from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.

Market Penetration:

Identify, target, and acquire new customers, primarily educational institutions, coaching centers, and individual learners, within the Bangalore market.

Field Sales:

Plan and execute effective field visits within designated areas of Bangalore to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers.

Remote Sales:

Utilize remote communication tools (calls, video conferences, email) for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and sales closures when on-site visits are not required or feasible.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of Trizelus Innovations' EdTech products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition and tailor solutions to customer needs.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and customer data using the company CRM system, providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Qualifications and Skills

Essential

Experience:

1 to 2 years of proven success in a B2B or B2C sales role. Experience in

EdTech sales is highly preferred

.

Language Proficiency:

Mandatory fluency (written and spoken) in both English and Kannada.

The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients in Bangalore is crucial.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Work Style:

Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of working independently in a work-from-home setting while managing field travel.

Local Knowledge:

Familiarity with the Bangalore education landscape and geography is a plus.
Desirable

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
