Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated

Field Sales Officer

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling

interior and exterior

to dealers, contractors, builders, and end customers. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit clients, dealers, and contractors daily to promote and sell interior/exterior Generate leads and follow up to convert into sales Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers Ensure product availability and visibility in retail counters Conduct product demos and educate customers about product features and benefits Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activity Collect market feedback and share insights with the management Maintain daily sales reports and submit to the team leader/manager

Requirements:

Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license Basic communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Basic understanding of interior products is a plus (training will be provided) Freshers are encouraged to apply
