Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales officers who can manage on-ground marketing & client acquisition across multiple cities. The role involves field visits, lead generation, as well as direct sales activities to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities

:

Identify potential clients & generate new business opportunities. Visit retail outlets, hospitals, clinics, or dealers (according to business type) to promote products & services. Execute marketing activities, promotions, and brand visibility drives in the assigned area. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of customer interactions & sales progress. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for on-ground execution. Provide regular field reports as well as feedback for business growth.

Minimum Qualification

:

??12th Pass / Graduate (in any stream). ??1-2 years of field sales/marketing experience preferred (FMCG, healthcare, solar, or consumer goods industry is a plus). ??Good communication & negotiation skills. ??Must be open to travel across multiple cities. ??Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality. ??Own two-wheeler & smartphone preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
