Key Responsibilities

1. Starting Business in a New Village

Identify and survey potential villages Assist Branch Manager in feasibility & survey completion

2. Business Sourcing

Identify and meet potential female customers Explain loan product details Process application and verify KYC/residence

3. Disbursement Support

Assist in loan disbursement Ensure accurate loan documentation

4. EMI Collection

Collect EMIs from customer groups Deposit same day to bank & update via LTFS App
