Profile:-Medicine Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Promoting and Selling:

Selling the company's products (medicines) to various healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital staff.

Building Relationships:

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare providers within their assigned territory.

Product Knowledge:

Providing detailed information about the company's products, including features, benefits, and usage guidelines.

Sales Targets:

Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company.

Customer Education:

Educating healthcare professionals about new products, answering their queries, and providing advice.

Market Research:

Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to gather insights and provide feedback to the company.

Presentations and Events:

Making presentations to healthcare professionals, organizing group events, and participating in industry conferences.

Compliance:

Adhering to ethical and regulatory guidelines set by the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Skills:

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present product information and build relationships.

Sales and Negotiation:

Strong sales skills, including persuasion, negotiation, and closing deals.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals.

Product Knowledge:

A strong understanding of the company's products and the healthcare industry.

Time Management:

Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree:

A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as pharmaceuticals, biology, or chemistry, is generally required.

Sales Experience:

Some prior sales experience, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, is often preferred.

Knowledge of Medical Terminology:

A basic understanding of medical terminology is helpful.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
