About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic

Field Sales Officer

to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a

fresher with an MBA in Sales and Marketing

to gain hands-on experience in direct sales, customer interaction, and market development. You will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned territory, building relationships, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to meet potential and existing customers. Promote and sell company products/services to meet given sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Collect customer feedback and report market trends. Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales deals. Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the manager. Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and campaigns when required. Maintain knowledge of the company's products/services, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (2024/2025 pass-out preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a passion for sales. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good negotiation and convincing skills. Positive attitude and ability to handle field challenges.
