We are an IT and AV consulting firm offering solutions to and undertaking projects for Govt organizations. We are looking to hire enthusiastic result-oriented individuals for the role of Field Sales Officers responsible for selling and promoting products or services to new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' products
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals/targets
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
Qualifications
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role in the IT industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Strong time management and organizational skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
