- Field Sales Officer (B2B Sales - IT Software for Gold Retailers)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Officer with experience in B2B sales, particularly in selling IT software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling software designed to streamline daily transactions for gold and jewelry shops.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and acquire new clients (gold and jewelry shops) for our IT software. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Product Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate software functionalities to potential clients, explaining its benefits in improving transaction efficiency. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are met. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points to improve sales strategies. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the product and technical teams to address client feedback and enhance the software. Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain records of sales activities, prepare reports, and forecast sales revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT/software sales. Experience in selling software solutions to retail businesses, particularly gold and jewelry shops, is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and drive sales in a competitive market. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. willingness to travel within Hyderabad as needed.
Preferred Candidates:

Those with a network in the gold/jewelry industry. Candidates with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
