Position: Field Officer (FOS) - Electrician Loyalty Program

Job Overview:

We are hiring energetic and field-driven Field Officers (FOS) to identify, register, activate, and engage electricians for the Eveready Electrician Loyalty Program. This is a 100% field role involving extensive market visits, electrician engagement, and coordination with local sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrician Identification & Registration

- Identify electricians through site visits at under-construction buildings, electrical markets, retail outlets, and contractor references.

- Register electricians into the Electrician Loyalty Program using the mobile application.

- Ensure correct and complete data capture.

2. Electrician Activation & Engagement

- Educate electricians about loyalty program benefits, points earning, and redemption.

- Activate electricians and motivate them to participate actively.

- Influence electricians to prefer Eveready products.

3. Electrician Meets & Events

- Organize 2-3 electrician meets per month at retail points.

- Coordinate with retailers and Eveready local sales staff.

- Ensure proper execution and electrician participation.

4. Sales Team Coordination

- Coordinate with Eveready local sales staff for electrician sourcing and joint visits.

- Act as a link between electricians, retailers, and the company.

5. Loyalty Program Training & Support

- Train electricians on mobile app usage, scanning, and redemption.

- Provide continuous on-ground support.

6. Reporting & App Usage

- Use the mobile app for daily activity reporting.

- Maintain accurate and timely reports.

Candidate Profile:

Mandatory Requirements:

- Own Android smartphone - compulsory

- Own two-wheeler (bike) - compulsory

- Valid driving license

- Willingness to travel extensively

Education:

- Minimum Graduate (any discipline)

Skills & Competencies:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Smart, confident, and presentable

- Willing to do hard field work

- Basic mobile app knowledge
