Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the sales team in daily operations
Allocate leads and daily tasks to Sales Executives via CRM & Enquiry Register
Assist in closing deals and support in pricing/negotiations
Finalize sales orders and coordinate delivery (ensure Sales Rep is mentioned in OA)
Follow up on quotations and track all active enquiries
Print and file weekly Enquiry Register reports
Assign new leads every Saturday using CRM
Maintain and update weekly task list with next follow-up dates
Close cold quotations after 3 months of inactivity
Call and follow up on outstanding payments (Debtors List)
