Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory
Present and demonstrate furniture products to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and customization options
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and industry trends
Negotiate pricing and terms with dealers to close deals effectively
Collaborate with showroom staff and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and dealer satisfaction
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as needed
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in furniture sales or dealership operations,freshers also can apply
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand dealer needs and offer tailored solutions
Familiarity with CRM software and basic inventory systems
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
