The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's sales operations within the assigned territory. The role involves direct interaction with farmers, dealers, and distributors to promote agricultural products, build long-term relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute field sales activities in the assigned area to achieve sales and collection targets
Promote company products through regular farmer visits, field demonstrations, and meetings
Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Collect market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback
Ensure timely payment collection and proper documentation
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management
Represent the company professionally in the field and follow company policies
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in field sales (agriculture sector preferred)
B.Sc. in Agriculture
is mandatory
Valid driving license
is mandatory
Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
