Job Description

Sales Execution:

Achieve sales targets, visit market regularly, ensure product availability & visibility.

Customer Management:

Build strong relationships with retailers/distributors and resolve issues quickly.

Market Analysis:

Identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

Reporting:

Maintain sales records and share regular reports with the Area Sales Manager.

Promotions:

Implement promotional activities and support marketing campaigns.

Inventory Management:

Ensure adequate stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.

Compliance:

Follow company policies and maintain proper documentation.

Team Management:

Recruit, guide, and motivate the sales team; conduct reviews and meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
