Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell cement products in the assigned area
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and contractors
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Conduct regular market visits and collect market intelligence
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management
Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for smooth order execution
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Graduate (any discipline)
Experience:
0 to 1 year of experience in sales (cement or building materials preferred, but not mandatory) (Freshers are also most welcome)
Skills Required:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
Ability to work in the field and travel locally
Two-wheeler and valid driving license
