Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Officer to take charge of operations. This role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, from driving sales to engaging with clients and ensuring follow-up. Proficiency in road construction is essential.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. Understand clients' needs, preferences, and challenges to offer tailored solutions. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns. Identify and prospect new clients in the designated territory. Develop and implement sales strategies to target potential clients effectively. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to new prospects. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals. Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products/services. Follow-up with clients. Give us feedback about existing clients and report to us if any issue arises.

Qualification & Other skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (1-3 years preferred). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if travel is required).

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
