Key Responsibilities (Sales/Marketing Roles)
Channel Development:
Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and sub-dealers for product reach.
Lead Generation:
Identify prospects at construction sites, conduct demos, and host events (Mason Meets, Contractor Meets).
Market Intelligence:
Research local trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Sales Execution:
Achieve targets, manage sales mix, pricing, and credit.
Customer Engagement:
Provide product education, handle objections, and build relationships with influencers (masons, architects, builders).
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records and report sales performance.
